Calgary Stampede 2019 has arrived officially taking place July 5th, 2019, to July 14th, 2019. Kick off parties begin Thursday, July 4th, and we know there won't be a shortage of honky tonk songs, cowboy boots and cut up jean shorts, but what about all the hip hop fans out there? Don't worry, if country music isn't your thing or you need a change of pace there are plenty of hip hop, old school and RnB shows going on this year. T-Pain returns to the stage after some well deserved time off, the artist returned in 2018, and he is now here to celebrate stampede 2019. T-Pain has released multiple hit songs, has won two Grammy awards, his success has ranked him as one of the most influential artists of all time. This concert is included in Stampede admission.
Classified July 8th 10pm @The Big Four Roadhouse
Classified is a JUNO Award-winning, multi-platinum, Canadian hip-hop artist and producer. Known for tracks such as 'O...Canada' and 'That ain't Classy', Classified will perform for fans at The Big Four Roadhouse.
This is an 18+ event and free admission with proof of Stampede ground entry.
Lil Berete July 8th 8pm @ The Coca-Cola Stage Stampede Grounds
Lil Berete made his way onto the Toronto rap scene with his first mixtape, Icebreaker ,in 2018 which was only the begging for the 17-year-old up and coming. Lil Berete says he has been inspired by Young Thug, Akon and T-Pain, which help create his "blends of infectious hooks with street rap and dancehall to create trap anthems that are as catchy as they are hard."

K-Riz July 8th 12:30 pm @ The Coca-Cola Stage Stampede Grounds
"Citing Prince, Michael Jackson and Sade as early influences, harmonies play a strong role in the music K-Riz creates. Stylistically, K-Rizs brand of R&B can be described as progressive and futuristic with hints of early 90s New Jack Swing. Much like Marvin Gaye, K-Rizs subject matter varies in topic from romance to personal growth to current affairs."

Juice WRLD is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Illinois. He is primarily known for his hits, "All Girls Are the Same" and "Lucid Dreams". With a similar style to Post Malone and Travis Scott, his music has been described as "emo-leaning and genre-bending".
