Welcome to CRSSD Festival Spring 2026

CRSSD Festival returns to San Diego's stunning Waterfront Park on March 14-15, 2026, for a curated electronic music experience set against the urban backdrop of the San Diego Bay. This 21+ event brings together carefully selected artists across multiple stages in one of Southern California's most distinctive festival venues.

Location & Access

The festival grounds occupy Waterfront Park at 1600 Pacific Coast Highway, a venue that combines natural beauty with urban convenience. The space features "water fountains, green grass and walking paths," creating what organizers call "an urban oasis." Attendees have multiple transportation options: the San Diego International Airport sits just one mile away, and Union Station—serving Amtrak trains and local trolleys—is within walking distance. The festival actively encourages rideshare use, with "designated Uber & Lyft drop-off points" throughout the venue.

Festival Experience & Lineup

CRSSD recommends arriving early to maximize the experience. "Doors open at 12PM both days," with organizers noting that "peak times generally hit between 4PM and 6PM." The 2026 lineup reflects the festival's commitment to both established and emerging talent. Headliners and featured artists span the electronic spectrum—from celebrated techno figures like Amelie Lens, Cirez D, and Deborah De Luca to house innovators such as Dom Dolla, Franky Rizardo, and Vintage Culture. The festival also incorporates indie-electronic crossover appeal with acts like Cut Copy and Tycho, alongside electronic producers like Polo & Pan, ensuring broad appeal within the dance music community. The Martinez Brothers, Modeselektor, La Roux, and Lane 8 round out the diverse bill across four stages: Ocean View, The Palms, City Steps, and After Dark.

Attendee Amenities

The festival prioritizes attendee wellness and accessibility. Free water refill stations with "multiple spigots" are positioned near the center fountain. Attendees may bring "one empty 24oz clear bottle" (Nalgene-style) to refill throughout the day. Food options include "vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free" choices. For those wanting to bypass peak entry lines, Express Entry passes are available. The festival also offers locker rentals for single-day or weekend use, with advance reservations recommended.

House Rules

Waterfront Park maintains a 100% smoke-free environment—no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vapes are permitted. The venue prohibits certain items including totems, LED gloves, flow toys, and professional cameras with removable lenses. Allowed items include clear backpacks (max 12" x 12" x 6"), small clutch bags, fanny packs, cell phones, non-professional cameras, blankets, sunscreen, and other festival essentials. The venue is subject to San Diego County Code 32.1002, which prohibits nudity and certain attire. The festival encourages a respectful atmosphere.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets are available exclusively through Showclix, with the festival warning against third-party sellers: "Beware of third party sellers and platforms — we cannot verify any tickets sold outside of showclix." Attendees must present valid identification at entry; accepted forms include US driver's licenses, state IDs, or US and foreign passports. DMV temporary IDs are not accepted. There is no re-entry once you leave the grounds, and tickets must be scanned each day if attending both days.

ADA Access & Support

The venue is ADA-friendly, offering "elevated viewing available at each stage" and Express Entry access for ADA attendees with one companion. One companion wristband is permitted per ADA attendee. First aid stations are clearly marked throughout the grounds. Guest Services and Lost & Found are available at the venue entrance.
