Electric Island: Toronto's Legendary Electronic Music Series

Electric Island returns for its 14th edition in 2026, establishing itself as the city's premier outdoor electronic music festival. Operating across four distinct summer weekends from May through September, Electric Island transforms Toronto's parks into vibrant centers for dance music. The festival spans Woodbine Park for the season's opening weekend and Fort York + The Bentway for subsequent events, creating distinct atmospheres while maintaining the festival's signature electronic music focus.

Season 14 Lineup and Programming

The 2026 edition features an expansive international lineup of house, techno, and melodic electronic artists. May's opening weekend showcases Swiss duo Adriatique, Nashville-based producer it's murph, and melodic techno pioneer Kevin de Vries—artists known for their innovative approaches to electronic music production. The festival also programs The Martinez Brothers, Bedouin, and Sam Divine across its three stages, with additional performances from Danny Byrd, D'Julz, and numerous emerging and established electronic music producers.

June programming expands with techno stalwart Adam Beyer, Lee Burridge, Four Tet, and Hot Since 82 leading lineups across three stages per weekend. The multi-stage format allows simultaneous programming across different electronic subgenres, from warehouse techno to melodic house, ensuring attendees can navigate diverse musical experiences within a single festival day.
