The Jersey City Jazz Festival is the flagship event of Riverview Jazz, a grassroots music presenter founded in 2013. Held the last weekend in May at the waterfront Exchange Place Plaza with sweeping Manhattan skyline views, the festival brings together over 30,000 attendees for three days of free outdoor music featuring multiple stages, food vendors, family activities, and performances ranging from straight-ahead jazz to Latin jazz and experimental sounds.
