M3F Music Festival 2026: Art, Experience, and Music in Phoenix

M3F Music Festival returns to Phoenix on March 6-7, 2026, bringing together art, experience, and music at Steele Indian School Park for its 23rd edition. Originally launched in 2004 as the McDowell Mountain Music Festival—conceived as a team-building exercise by staff at Wespac Construction—M3F is a nonprofit festival that donates 100% of its proceeds to charity and has raised more than $6 million for Arizona causes since its inception; its M3F Fund, established in 2023, has directed grants to organizations including Phoenix Children's Hospital and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona. Now produced by Phoenix creative studio Oh Wow Company, the two-day event draws more than 20,000 people. The 2026 edition is headlined by tech-house DJ Mau P and Peggy Gou, anchoring an EDM- and indie-leaning lineup that also features Polo & Pan, Chris Lorenzo, TOKiMONSTA, Big Wild, Elderbrook, Cuco, Magdalena Bay, La Roux and The Knocks. Positioned as a fully cashless event with a commitment to accessibility, M3F distinguishes itself through thoughtful festival infrastructure and inclusive design.

Festival Accessibility and Experience

M3F is "dedicated to creating an accessible experience for all guests," with specific accommodation requests available through direct contact. The festival welcomes families, admitting children 12 and under free with a ticketed adult. The cashless policy applies to all vendors, which the festival positions as enabling "a faster, easier experience."

Venue and Location

Held at Steele Indian School Park in central Phoenix (300 E Indian School Rd), the 75-acre festival is anchored by three stages—the Vista Main Stage, the Signal 33 at Cosmic Stage set along the park's central lake, and the Day Dream Stage. The festival encourages public transportation via Valley Metro and offers alternative arrival options including bike valet services near the N Central Ave entrance. The festival operates with no re-entry policy and maintains specific bag restrictions: clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" × 12" × 8", with fanny packs and wallets (5" × 7") exempt from the clarity requirement.

Getting Involved

The festival actively recruits volunteers and street team members through online forms. Content creators and festival ambassadors can also apply through dedicated sign-up forms. Vendor positions were noted as filled at time of website publication, and press credential applications were marked as coming soon.
