Children under 10 attend free when accompanied by an adult. Platinum Experience tickets grant access to an exclusive viewing area behind the Pit at the Main Stage, complete with a climate-controlled lounge, full-service bar with premium cocktails, and luxury restroom facilities. The Pit Pass, positioned as the ultimate experience for dedicated fans, offers front-stage positioning in the Pit viewing area at the Main Stage with the same premium lounge amenities, a souvenir laminate, and complimentary reserved parking. All premium tiers include "festival essentials" like sunscreen and pain relief available in the lounges. Venue Access & Logistics

The venue at Edmonton EXPO Centre (7515 - 118 Ave NW) offers multiple access options. The venue connects to Coliseum LRT Station via outdoor pedway, allowing convenient transit from downtown within minutes. For those driving, over 3,800 parking stalls are available at $16.50 per vehicle (debit/credit only). Pay-by-plate parking via Honk Mobile is available with QR codes throughout the lot, or attendees can pre-book online at parking.honkmobile.com. Complimentary reserved parking is included with Pit Pass and Platinum Experience tickets. Public entrances are located at 116 Avenue and 73 Street, with 73 Street recommended during large events.

For out-of-town attendees, the festival partners with over 50 local hotels through Edmonton's Best Hotels, where bookings can earn prepaid Mastercard rewards (up to CAD $225). Outside food and beverages are prohibited except for one unopened, factory-sealed clear plastic bottle of water; a water refill station operates inside the venue. Fans aged 18-30 must obtain a Drinking Age Verified wristband at ID checkpoints near entrances; those over 30 can request one if typically ID'd.
