FrancoFEST Hamilton: A Celebration of Francophone Culture

FrancoFEST Hamilton returns in 2026 as a vibrant festival dedicated to celebrating the Francophonie through music, movement, and community connection. Set against the backdrop of Gage Park in the heart of Hamilton, this free three-day event (June 19–21, 2026) brings together a diverse lineup of artists spanning multiple musical genres and cultural traditions.

What to Expect

The festival features a robust program of live performances, interactive activities, and cultural discoveries designed for visitors of all ages. The 2026 edition showcases artists like Vaëlle, known for indie pop with synthwave influences; Zale Seck from Senegal, blending traditional rhythms with contemporary sounds; and MIRO, performing R&B, electro, and alternative rock. DJ and producer SMPTY creates electronic atmospheres across house and bass with Francophone influences. Indie folk acts, indigenous performers, and electro-pop artists round out a diverse lineup celebrating both established and emerging Francophone talent.
