Picnic at the Pops is Modesto's premier outdoor concert experience, held annually since 1995 at the E. & J. Gallo Winery grounds. Presented by the Modesto Symphony Orchestra, the event brings together thousands of attendees for an evening of live music, dancing, and celebration beneath the stars. The 2026 edition, titled "Country Hits: Songs from Nashville," features conductor Ryan Murray leading the orchestra through classic and contemporary country songs.
