Canada's Premier Ska and Reggae Celebration

The Victoria Ska & Reggae Festival has established itself over 27 years as Canada's longest-running festival dedicated exclusively to ska, reggae, and world music. For over a quarter-century, it has fostered a strong community vibe while celebrating diverse music from international and local artists.

The 2026 Festival Experience

Running June 24–28, 2026, the festival welcomes over 40 acts from nine different countries across four Victoria venues. The main outdoor stage at Ship Point in Victoria's Inner Harbour provides the centerpiece, hosting free performances and creating an accessible entry point for festival-goers. The Victoria Curling Club, Studio 919, and Encore venues host ticketed performances for more intimate experiences.

2026 Lineup Highlights

The 2026 edition features headliners including Lagwagon (skate-punk legends), Souls of Mischief (hip-hop icons), Charly Black (dancehall artist), and Bedouin Soundclash (Canadian reggae-rock icons). International performers include The Black Seeds from New Zealand, bringing reggae and funk sounds, and Clinton Fearon with his Boogie Brown Band. Five Alarm Funk and Against All Authority round out the eclectic programming.
